Our Story

Built on experience. Run with personal attention.

J & F Group was established in 2009 with roots in residential construction and a simple purpose: listen carefully, plan responsibly, and deliver work that clients can feel confident about.

Ali Daftarian brings both technical education and hands-on construction experience to the company. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Building Construction Management from Georgia Tech, then spent 15 years working as a construction manager, project engineer, and project manager.

Today, that experience supports J & F Group’s residential and light commercial work—from new homes and major renovations to tenant improvements and professional spaces. Ali remains personally involved so clients have direct communication and experienced oversight throughout the project.

How We Work

Fewer projects. Better attention.

We are intentionally not a high-volume builder. We prefer to focus on a select group of projects where we can stay involved, communicate clearly, and coordinate the details properly.

That approach helps us build strong working relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, business owners, and trusted subcontractors while keeping the project accountable from planning through completion.
